1:1 Coaching - $150/hr
This includes 45-60 minute sessions and is tailored to your desired goals and outcomes. There is no length of time to this service as it is dependent on how long you desire to be supported.
Group Coaching (costs vary)
Group coaching is available and packages vary. Group size can be 3-6 people with 60-75 minute sessions, lasting 4-8 weeks. Length of time is dependent on the group’s desired goals and outcomes.

Assessments (costs vary)
The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) - (Individual or Group/Team)
The IDI is an effective, developmental, and widely used cross-cultural assessment that measures intercultural competence. Included with the assessment is an Intercultural Development Plan (IDP) that is provided by the IDI, and is specifically tailored to your assessment results. Some benefits of taking the IDI:
Recognize where you think you are and where you actually are in terms of your capability to effectively engage cultural differences
Receive a curated development plan that provides a clear pathway forward for growth
The Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory (ICS) - (Individual or Group/Team)
The ICS is a cross-cultural assessment that looks at your individual approach to communicating, resolving conflicts, and problem solving. Some benefits of taking the ICS:
Increase cultural understanding of your own communication and approach to conflict resolution
Increase your cultural understanding of the diverse ways others communicate and resolve conflict
Increase your ability to handle the stress and anxiety that comes with navigating cross-cultural conflict
